These page layouts show that in terms of text columns, I feel that the Surrey County Council Annual Report and NHS Direct Annual Reports and Accounts are the two most structured, both displaying the articles in two columns. However, I feel that the NHS Direct report's layout is more suitable to that of a newspaper or educational journal due to the lack of imagery. NHS Oxfordshire and Rosebery both feature much more interesting designs, with angled imagery and graphical elements and I feel look the most visually appealing purely from the layouts.
